• 1 Year On-Site Service Warranty Only
• Years 2–3 Parts Warranty Only

Warranty Coverage

• Parts and on-site service included within mainland Singapore

Years 3
• Replacement parts covered under warranty
• Transportation, labour, on-site service and other related charges shall be borne by the customer

The complimentary on-site service warranty is strictly limited to the first year from the date of purchase, regardless of the overall warranty period applicable to the product.

Any on-site service requested after the first year may be subject to inspection, transportation, labour and service charges.

Non-Electrical Products
(Sink & Faucet)

• 6 Months Limited Warranty

Coverage is limited to manufacturing defects affecting the normal functionality of the product.

Warranty Exclusions

This warranty does not cover:

• Improper installation not performed according to Everealm guidelines
• Damage caused during renovation, transportation, relocation or moving
• Misuse, abuse, negligence or accidental damage
• Commercial, industrial or non-residential use
• Normal wear and tear
• Cosmetic defects including scratches, dents, stains, fading or discoloration
• Glass breakage caused after delivery
• Corrosion, rust, chemical exposure or environmental damage
• Damage caused by pests, insects, rodents or animals
• Power surges, electrical faults, lightning strikes or external utility failures
• Water damage, flooding, fire, smoke or natural disasters
• Unauthorized modifications, repairs or tampering
• Consumable items and accessories unless found defective upon delivery

Installation & Compatibility

Everealm shall not be responsible for:

• Cabinet modifications required for installation
• Countertop cut-out inaccuracies
• Existing electrical, gas or plumbing issues
• Compatibility issues with third-party products
• Additional renovation costs arising from installation requirements

Customers are responsible for verifying all product dimensions and installation requirements before purchase.

Service Policy

Year 1

• On-site inspection and service included within mainland Singapore

Years 2–3

• Replacement parts covered under warranty
• Transportation, labour and on-site service charges apply
• Customers may be required to send products to the designated service centre for inspection

If inspection determines the issue is not covered under warranty, service, labour, transport and inspection charges may apply.

Limitation of Liability

Everealm's responsibility is strictly limited to the repair, replacement or supply of defective parts.

Everealm shall not be liable for:

• Loss of income or business interruption
• Loss of food, materials or stored items
• Renovation or reinstatement costs
• Alternative accommodation costs
• Third-party contractor charges
• Indirect, incidental or consequential damages

Proof of Purchase

All warranty claims must be accompanied by:

• Original invoice or proof of purchase
• Product serial number (if applicable)

Everealm reserves the right to reject claims where proof of purchase cannot be provided.

General Conditions

• Warranty applies only to products purchased from Everealm or authorised sales channels
• Warranty is non-transferable
• Repaired or replaced parts do not extend the original warranty period
• The warranty period and on-site service period are separate benefits and should not be interpreted as having the same duration
• Complimentary on-site service is valid for the first year only, regardless of the product's overall warranty period
• Everealm reserves the right to determine the cause of failure and eligibility of warranty claims
• Everealm reserves the right to amend warranty terms without prior notice

RETURNS & REFUNDS

All sales are final upon confirmation.

Return requests may only be considered if:

• Submitted within 7 days of delivery
• Product is unused, uninstalled and in original condition
• Original packaging, accessories and documentation are complete

Approved returns:

• Subject to management approval
• May incur a restocking fee of up to 20%
• Delivery, transport and service charges are non-refundable

Returns will not be accepted for:

• Installed products
• Used products
• Custom-order or special-order items
• Change of mind after delivery
• Minor cosmetic preferences that do not affect functionality
• Products damaged after delivery
